Netflix and other services will not have a dedicated Apple Vision Pro app

Despite being prepared to give users a unique immersiveness, both with augmented reality and virtual reality, Apple's Vison Pro relies heavily on software. They need to have adapted apps that can make use of the whole new "infinity screen".

Thus, Apple will have to bet on converting its proposals, but at the same time it seems to depend on third parties. It already has some guaranteed presences, as seen in its presentation, with the presence of Disney on stage, confirming its commitment.

Even with this heavy weapon, the Apple Vision Pro may have a serious problem when they hit the market. We are talking about the little interest that programmers may have in developing or adapting their proposals for this new platform.

To show this possible scenario, Mark Gurman, known for revealing many of the news to Apple, revealed what the Netflix scenario will be. This streaming service does not intend to develop a dedicated version and will use the iPad version to run on the Apple Vision Pro. Naturally, it will be a use that will be harmed.

One of the reasons for this lack of interest seems to be the Apple Vision Pro itself. The high price of this equipment, as well as the small number of units that will be produced, makes it a not very interesting proposition to monetize.

There is still much to be known and evaluated about the Apple Vision Pro. These augmented reality glasses want to make users abandon their Mac, even with all the difference it will make for users.
